Damaged / Incorrect Items

Within 30 days of the shipment date, you may request a replacement for damaged or incorrect products, which will be reshipped at our expense.

Delayed / Missing Shipments

If your item is lost or stolen in transit, you are entitled to a reshipment or refund. For all orders, please allow 6 weeks from the SHIP date (not order date) before reporting a lost or stolen item.
Shipments are NOT GUARANTEED for holidays or event dates. Please pay careful attention to products that may require additional time to produce before shipping.


Because many of our products are produced on-demand and products change often, exchanges may be impossible on some items. Most of the items can be exchanged, but the customer must return the item at his/her expense, as well as pay for a new label via PayPal. Please pay careful attention to item dimensions, sizing charts to avoid any issues.

General Returns/Exchanges

We will work with you on a case by case basis to make sure you’re satisfied with your shopping experience. Please contact us if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Include a photo of the items as well as your order number to expedite the process.
